Catalog API only managed catalog and collection children #408

Describe the issue
Today, when posting a catalog, child links are ignored.

Expected behavior
Child links are parsed and validated against existing catalogs and collections.
When browsing the created catalog, children (catalogs and/or collections) are exposed.

Additional context
If "item" or "items" are indicated as links, then an error is raised.
