Just adding a package.json to the repository will allow it to be installed through NPM by providing the git user and repo name, e.g. `npm install jgthms/bulma --save`

Quickfix for #1: Just adding a package.json to the repository will allow it to be installed through NPM by providing the git user and repo name, e.g.
npm install jgthms/bulma --save
