Summary

Add time zone in device settings

Features

Added GMT user settings in CLI (default +1)

To setup:

kset defGMT value

Add DST (daylight saving time) CLI command (default EU):

setdstzone: set DST (Daylight Saving Time zone: NONE, EU or USA)
