Setup instructions

Install .NET Core for Visual Studio 2015.
Clone Repository.
Install NuGet packages from project.json.
Install npm packages from package.json.
Open Task Runner Explorer view.
Run the 'default' script to copy dependencies to 'wwwroot' and start the TypeScript file watcher.
Run the application (IIS Express).
