[JENKINS-62291] Update email property as it supposed be done

This PR should solve all update problems with emails.

There was no proper solution to set a Jenkins Mail task property on Jenkins site.
After fixing some problems with email resolver i noticed that there is nothing what sets those values.
To do so I started to look after already implemented solutions and I found one in AD plugin.

This should fix:
