Update to Jenkins v2.277 LTS

Updates to Jenkins 2.277 LTS, some dependencies need a more recent version.

The actual version doesn't matter as long as it's >= 2.222.4 I guess.

@offa it seems the version was not high enough dependabot builds are still failing

Interesting, I've tested it with one or two Dependabot PRs and it looked fine.

For whatever reasons I used 2.277.1 in the PR but 2.277.4 locally 🤦‍♂️
