Forward additional arguments to contribute_to_class() to Django #605

The contribute_to_class() methods in StatusField, MonitorField and SplitField were not passing on additional arguments to Django, which means the private_only argument and any future arguments could not be used. This PR fixes that by accepting and forwarding any additional arguments.

In Django 3.2 there is an additional argument `private_only` and more
could be added in future versions.
