Here are my tasks for week 11:

Task: Configure the GEO-AWS application for deployment and submission to bioconductor as a standalone package (development stage); and for deployment to shinyapps.io or developing our own server to host the project on pending expected user usage.

Method: Test GEO-AWS with known data sets from GEO that will require pre-processing to ensure all features are functional. Write necessary documentation and vignettes to accompany the application. Utilize devtools and roxygen2 R packages for package development.

Deadlines:

"Soft" pencils down date Monday, 17 August
"hard" pencils down date Friday, 21 August at 19:00 UTC. Final evaluations open at this point.

This week is dedicated to fixing up the reproducible report and aceEditor code output for the KnitR output.
Next week's deadlines will include cleaning up the code for submission to Google Melange (inline code comments, making sure its works as intended, fixing up the README, the license etc)
