External Dependencies

Most of the external dependencies of this project are collected from their source, and built inside of RUFUS during RUFUS installation.
It is expected, however, for the user to have Samtools and the GNU compiler already installed and configured on their machine.
Samtools can be downloaded from source here!
The GNU compiler can be downloaded from source here!
Make sure that you install a GNU version of 4.9.2 or higher
