Describe the problem

Occasionally when I discover a new account I want to add to a group I find that none of my existing groups are suitable. It would be nice to be able to create a new group after clicking on "add to group"

Describe the solution

Add a "new" link or button in the "add to group" selection screen.

The version v3.8.2 implements this feature.
Simply tap on the plus icon at the top right of the "add to group" dialog box.
