OBP 1.0.0

First official release at the end of the MSc project.

The application lets a user perform a blood pressure measurement on themselves and gives an estimate of MAP, SBP, DBP and the heart rate.
Basic unit testing checks if the OBP class is working.

Missing features:

• only limited configuration values available in settings
• no error messages in GUI
• more thorough unit testing
• CI

Known problems:

• Doxygen documentation generated on GitHub pages does not correctly display images.
