I think we can finally remove the extensions where the notebook now provides native functionality:
Although the functionality for the drag&drop and clipboard extensions is not 100% identical to the native ones in the notebook, there is no (good) way I know of to make them work without interfering.
The search&replace extension has been marked for removal for a long time (PR #539).
