The failing build is due to Appveyor, which we are no longer using, the hook needs to be removed. All jenkins builds are passing. |

This PR adds consistent error codes from the interface-datastore to allow downstream code to consistently handle datastore errors.
This also removes non travis CI as we are only using it.
