Version 0.9.3

This version adds many features, including but not limited to:

• Anti-Debug Prevention support
• Reentrancy Detection and prevention of stack overflows
• Reduced reliance on system API in the tracing function
• Support for shared memory based tracing for high performance
• Code improvement and simplifications

Version 0.9.2

Restored original code to compile and added a new tag. This version works exactly like the older 0.8 version. The only difference is that it is compiled with VS 2013 and is now released on github.
