When log-path is set when starting daemon, all logging should go to log #527

Currently, if log-path is set when starting the daemon, some logging will go to stdout until the logPath is verified, file created, and log.SetOutputFile is called.

Fix #527: Do not log to stdout if log-path is set when starting daemon
