The original commit added a --with-haladaptor switch that is completely unecessary when hal adapter is supposed to be the gating entrypoint for underlying hardware implementations. This reverts commit e4f0472. Signed-off-by: You-Sheng Yang <vicamo.yang@canonical.com>
