Surprise! Looks like the python 3.12 update on windows (or possibly something else in the intervening time) fixed these tests so they should be ok to re-enable. |

This is a quick test to see if the snapd and libsrtp tests work on windows since we upgraded the version of python used on windows. Previously they were both failing.
