What happened?

The package assertive.properties was removed from CRAN which is a dependency of an older version of the vistime package.

teal.modules.clinical -> vistime -> assertive.types -> assertive.properties

But {vistime} fixed this issue so we might want to bump the dependency to vistime >= v1.2.3 to make sure the deployments work fine while trying to resolve dependencies.
