B. Complete curated and annotated issue corpus (all pages, complete text, but annotated with labels showing when indexed articles begin, etc.): by issue.

Note: Remove full path from links to Courier PDFs.

Goal: this serves mostly as evidence of the process; published for transparency/traceability.

Renamed and moved annotated issues. Moved the progress.csv file from the folder.
