deriva-workbench

Schema workbench for DERIVA platform. This application can be used to browse and update DERIVA catalog annotations.

Installation

The deriva-workbench is included in the deriva-client and deriva-client-bundle.

• MacOS and Windows users: install the deriva-client-bundle. (Recommended for most users)
• Developers and Linux users: install the deriva-client.

Usage

Start the deriva-workbench from its application icon, if you installed the deriva-client-bundle.

Start the application from the command-line, if you installed the deriva-client.

$ deriva-workbench
