Currently the AWS plugins rely on the default AWS credential chain that loads credentials in the following order:

  1. Environment Variables
  2. Shared Credential File
  3. EC2 Instance Profile

They should also allow for providing explicit credentials in the plugin configuration. This would allow 2 instances of an AWS plugin to exist in the configuration file with different credentials.
