Fixes #898

With this change, the window node can emit points immediately without having to wait for the next point when the every value is zero.

The original behavior was that the window would be emitted for each new point, but the emitted window lagged behind the current point. In other words to output of the window node does not change, but an optimization has been added to emit the window sooner.
