Overview

This pull request removes support for SHOW SERVERS and DROP SERVER from the influxql package. It also removes extraneous cluster testing code from cmd/influxd/run.

Fixes #6465

This commit removes support for `SHOW SERVERS` and `DROP SERVER`
from the `influxql` package. It also removes extraneous cluster
testing code from `cmd/influxd/run`.

Fixes influxdata#6465
