Don't run InfluxDB as root when installed via deb package #529

I noticed that InfluxDB does run with root privileges. I'm not aware of an option to change that by default. I'd expect the package to create an influxdb user and that influxdb runs with that user.

This would help #337 as if we had a unique user (influxdb) we could easily add the limits we want in /etc/security/limits.d/influxdb.conf and win.
