The install packages should leave starting InfluxDB to the user so they'll have the chance to update the config before the first start.

The current implementation also adds influx to auto start when restarting the machine, is this also something that should be up to the user?

Moving to 0.6.0 since this is a breaking change. I don't like removing InfluxDB from auto start. I don't want users (including myself) to remember how to do it on different distros, but I'm open for discussion.

For the service to work OK you need to set the configuration correct, with auto starting on install users have no chance of even making changes to the configuration before the service has already started.
