Release for MacOS Mojave 10.14.3 with a lot of improvements

Removed HDPI from the repo, will add a HDPI KEXT to the next build for out of the box functionality. Want HDPI for now? Use Hackintool.

AIM for next releases

  • Cleanup config.plist
  • Cleanup unneeded ACPI patches
  • Remap F6 to "Show Desktop", F7 to "Play / Pause", F8 to "App Eposé" and F9 to "Airplane mode" via ACPI patch.
  • Include VoltageShift (so far running stable with offset -50 -25 -50 with 6+ hours battery life)
