Add GPU support in the docker-compose file to further improve computational efficiency when external embeddings and reranking are not used. Now it has docker-compose-base.yml，docker-compose-CN-oc9.yml，docker-compose-CN.yml，docker-compose.yml，So i think we can add docker-compose-gpu.yml to support gpu
