Wrong guide pulse behaviour with TeenAstro mount driver #1977

Describe the bug
When a client sends pulse commands driver immediatly responds "OK"

To Reproduce

  1. Run driver
  2. open indicontrol panel
  3. manually send any pulse command
  4. See guide property state

Expected behavior
Guide property state should be set to "busy" first, and "idle" when pulse is finished.
Guide property value should be set to 0 when pulse is finished.
