Updates Bagel Station

• Added psychologist office east of vox box, moving maints boxing ring to maints area east of medbay
• Added a psychologist spawn slot
• Added a front desk to medbay, rearranged medical exam room
• Added service breakroom south of bar
• Added windoors between botany and kitchen
• Rearranged bridge to move conference room to bridge
• Restored sitting area in front of HoP's office, moving stuff from former maints room south of the vault there
• Rearranged atmos gas storage chambers, adding an extra chamber with a n2o miner
• Moved Good Clean Fun vendor in alcove next to library to the inside of library
