Fix line breaking with animation "Updating Amount"

I've seen on sites that when using the "Custom Amount" feature and a donor goes to update the amount the "Updating Amount" animation bumps on a second line making everything shift down and up while it's being displayed. This isn't a good side effect of the animation and it should be

Possible Solutions:

1. Revamp loading animation so it displays over the amount field without the text "Updating Amount"
2. Remove loading animation all together
