I think the donor experience when submitting Offline Donations can be enhanced in two ways:

  1. They should get a confirmation email that we received their submission and that would include the instructions for how to complete their donation, just like the wording on the form itself.

  2. Those same instructions should appear on the Donation Confirmation page when they first complete their form. I think the repetition of that info is important.

Of course, the added ability to customize the text of both of those areas would be bonus, but for now it would suffice just to have it repeated in each place.
