Katip 1.1.0

Welcome to Katip, an SFSpeechRecognition-based audio recordings transcriber for macOS using local transcription.

How to use it:

  • On your mac, in System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Dictation, choose all the languages that you want to use for dictation transcription.
  • Start the application, open an audio recording, start transcribing.

NOTE: Even though the app will show you all possible languages, you have access only to those that you have selected in System Preferences. Unfortunately, at the moment, I don't know how to detect the downloaded languages. I will add that functionality in a later version.
