Bug fixes

Adapts to BuddyPress 8.0.0 latest improvements added to the BP_XProfile_ProfileData class.
Adds support to the BuddyPress 8.0.0 introduced Checkbox Acceptance field.
Avoids a notice error by adding a new user_id (a 0 value is used for this field in all created rows) field to the {$wpdb->base_prefix}profil_de_groupes_data DB table.
