Version v8.1.0-2-20181019 is a maintenance release of GNU MCU Eclipse RISC-V Embedded GCC.
The toolchain is also available as the @gnu-mcu-eclipse/riscv-none-gcc xPack and can be conveniently installed with xpm:
$ xpm install --global @gnu-mcu-eclipse/riscv-none-gccTo install exactly this version, use:
$ xpm install --global @gnu-mcu-eclipse/riscv-none-gcc@8.1.0-2.1
