Description

Fixed the responsiveness of 'Create New Invoice' form.

Steps to Test

Navigate to invoices page ('/invoice')
Click on 'Add New Invoice'
Right Click and select inspect
Click on Toggle device toolbar in top-left corner
Select any mobile device in dimensions to view mobile responsiveness
