An experimental WebGL program to identify the trunk segment in TLS point clouds of trees. See it running at https://sci.filin.fi/tls/findtrunk

User interaction

• Selecting a dataset from the drop-down list, to start running the analysis and animation.
• Zooming in/out and moving up/down the tree trunk, by dragging the mouse up/down or left/right on a desktop, or by left/right and up/down touch movements on touchscreen devices.

Dependencies

Program depends on the kangas.js helper library that should be added in a dedicated kangas.js/ subfloder.
