Description

Changing pg_config_directory doesn't alter service configuration.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. change default value in pg_config_directory
  2. run the role

Expected behavior:
After reloading service, the new config directory is loaded

Actual behavior:
The default config directory is loaded

Reproduces how often:
Always

Environment

  • OS: Debian & Centos
  • Others: All postgres versions
