Missing melt owned owner operation in ickb_logic.ts

As proposal mentioned, user should melt their owned owner cell with the Nervos DAO cell of withdrawal phase 1 to finally complete the CKB extraction operation, but I didn't find it in this SDK, is it of work in progress?

Melt is implemented by addWithdrawalRequestGroups.
