swc 和 postcss-preset-env 默认会读取项目的 .browserslistrc 和 package.json 中的 browserslist 配置作为目标浏览器，框架默认就不处理 browserslist 的配置，都交给对应的 compiler 做处理好了。故此 PR 去掉
推荐主流浏览器版本，默认写在模板的 .browserslist
