Initial release 🎉

So far, this release contains only the require module. Unfortunately, the default test runner exits immediately once any error is encountered, which makes implementing the assert module kind of difficult. I'll see if I can get around that though in a future release.

In any case, I'll probably add a few more functions to the require module. For now, though, this is a good set of functions to start out with.
