Use LCRelationNavigator to get "from" and "to" parameters

• LCRelationImpl won't generate the "from" and "to" parameters for CalorimeterHit and SimCalorimeterHit.
• Use LCRelationNavigator to get this, as in DDPlanarDigiProcessor (Use LCRelationNavigator to get "from" and "to" parameters MarlinTrkProcessors#49) and RecoMCTruthLinker
