Ho usato proprio Deepl per scrivere, non mi pare sia un inglese incoprensibile, anzi. Comunque il testo per incontrare un pubblico più semplice.

Non scrivere tutto in maiuscolo. Se è importante formattarlo per esempio con bold.
meglio scrivere: "Initially, it is randomly generated on the first occasion, and subsequently, alterations can be made as needed."
