This PR adds the Sandbox to the list of images that get pulled as a part of the
PullStackfunction.Perhaps more controversially (though I can't recall why), this PR also adds
PullStackto thefirstTimeSetupfunction. @peterbroadhurst @awrichar can you think of any reason why this is not a good idea?
