feat(metadata): expose IterMut and ValuesMut #639

  1. feat(metadata): expose IterMut and ValuesMut

    The immutable versions of these (`Iter` and `Values`) were already
    public, so I guess it makes sense for these to be public as well. This
    allows users to name the types in function signatures, struct fields,
    etc.
