Basic stuff like common margins, etc would be great to have in the dist app.css.

Unless there is some option in Tailwind we can use a dummy blade file to declare classes so the JIT compiler sees them.

Found the tailwind config https://tailwindcss.com/docs/content-configuration#safelisting-classes. Probably better to use that than a dummy file.
