how to not use mean and std during training?

When training the model, I don't want to set mean=data_config['mean'],
std=data_config['std']. But when using create_loader, if mean and std are not set, it will use the default values. So, how can I modify the code (or command line) so that mean and std are not used during training?

I do also have a TODO to add a no_normalize flag for use in another project, but haven't put that PR together yet
