The reverse-proxy pods are not recreated when the static files are updated #507

Currently, I delete the reverse-proxy pods one by one (to be sure we always have one to respond the requests). They are then recreated with the correct static files. For example

k delete pod/datasets-server-prod-reverse-proxy-86979fbfbf-58r5m
k get pod # to monitor and wait for the new pod to be "Running" before deleting the other one
