Improves the slack updater by properly formatting the results to make them readable, and sends the exact failed tests into the thread so that we won't hit a character limit, as slack's is 3k per message with their current api setup.
An example looks like the following for one section (there are only 2 on single GPU, but 3 on multi-gpu):
