Added more data and changed the way that the data is structured, and the names of tables and variables.

I tried updating the help file to reflect the changes but you might want to give it a once-over to make sure I didn't screw up?

The backtransform() function can be deprecated now that I've provided the raw data, but I'll leave that to you?
Still haven't decided if we want to put up a spatial object for the plot locations yet. What do you think?
