Proposal to add Sponsor management to to the site.

Feature Name
Sponsor management

Functionality
Keep track of sponsors who fulfill wishes

Should be able to add a sponsor from the wish curation list (add sponsor link)

Notes
Currently, I see Sponsor Details can be displayed on the wish detail summary

There are several parts to this:
add
update,
assign/reassign/view list
view detail

Ay idea if there are any mockups for these and are the API end points ready?

@aclaire-thd not delete but definitely edit/ switch to another sponsor

Creating the API is part of this story...
This is too much for one issue so I'm going to split it.
